An early piece, this doll quilt contains petite early calicos! The four-patch pattern was pieced by hand. The blocks are 1.25 inches wide by 1.25 inches tall. The quilting was done by hand in long diagonals.
There is a faint name written in black ink. It reads ‘Elizabeth’ along the binding.
This quilt measures 19.5 x 22 inches. It is a light-weight piece with cotton batting and a solid pale pink back.
This quilt is in good antique condition. Some of the pink has faded on the front. The back has a few stains and fold lines. This is a sweet and well-preserved quilt!

This quilt was hand washed. Machine washing is not recommended.
